Food Service Supervisor
Location1595 Bedford Hwy suite 119 B, Bedford, NS B4A 3Y4
Employment Details- Type:
Permanent, Full-time - Hours:
35 to 40 hours per week - Salary: $16.75 per hour
- Start Date:
As soon as possible - Vacancies: 2
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate - Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years - Language:
English
