, you'll work alongside an experienced team while making a meaningful impact every day.

• Perform routine building and facility maintenance
• Complete preventative and scheduled maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical issues
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Follow all safety policies and maintenance procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
