Maintenance Manager

A leader in sustainable flexible packaging is seeking a driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at their state-of-the-art facility. This company specializes in high-value-added, environmentally responsible packaging for the pre-packaged foods and consumer products markets across North America.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure efficient facility operations.
• Design and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Lead, train, and schedule the maintenance team, including performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor/contractor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and enforce programs like lock-out/tag-out.
• Coordinate with production to prioritize maintenance tasks aligned with operational goals.
• Use CMMS/ERP systems for work order tracking, asset management, and reporting.
• Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage capital projects for equipment upgrades and installations.

What You Need:

• MUST HAVE: Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in packaging or industrial or manufacturing setting.
• MUST HAVE: Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and CMMS (e.g., SAP, IFS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of OSHA safety regulations and compliance.
