Crew Chief​/Water Restoration Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Crew Chief for an immediate hire opportunity in Bridgewater, NJ! A well established water damage restoration company is seeking an experienced Crew Chief/Maintenance Technician. If you are looking to continue your career, while earning a great paycheck, this role is for you!

Schedule:

• 8:00am - 5:00pm (hours may vary depending on workload)
• Monday - Friday

Competitive Compensation Offered!

• $25-30/hr (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Lead restoration crews on water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation projects while ensuring quality and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear, professional communication with customers and insurance partners.
• Supervise daily job site operations, assign tasks, and mentor team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Perform mitigation services, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure equipment and vehicles are job-ready.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Crew Chief
• Previous experience with facilities maintenance, or as a maintenance tech
• Strong customer service
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
