House Cleaner

Overview

Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income.

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16 per hour with the ability to make up to $18 per hour, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more.

Housekeeping helps families who don’t have time to clean their own homes. With a career in house cleaning, you’ll bring them joy and relief and reward yourself in the process.

The pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, dependent on experience, quality of work, and speed as a professional house cleaner.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our process and delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – make them feel you care about their home.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain equipment – take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The role is part of a franchise; the franchise owner is the sole employer and is responsible for its own wage and benefit programs.
