Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16 per hour with the ability to make up to $18 per hour, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more.

Benefits & PayThe pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, dependent on experience, quality of work, and speed as a professional house cleaner.
Responsibilities- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our process and delight every customer.
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – make them feel you care about their home.
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
- Maintain equipment – take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate supplies.
- You enjoy working with different types of people and will be working on a team.
- You enjoy different work environments and can perform physical work.
- You take pride in your attention to detail and a job well done.
- You like knowing that there’s a process for providing great customer service.
- You want to learn new things and work in a variety of environments.
- You enjoy helping people.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
- You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
The role is part of a franchise; the franchise owner is the sole employer and is responsible for its own wage and benefit programs.
