This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal functioning and reliability of our manufacturing equipment across our diverse product lines such as Cheez-It , Pringles , and Eggo . In this position, you will oversee routine maintenance, develop preventive maintenance programs, and implement continuous improvement strategies to minimize downtimes and optimize production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage maintenance team to ensure machine functionality and minimal downtime.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
- Lead root cause analysis for any machine failures or unexpected breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budget and forecast for maintenance operations.
