This is a full-time on-site role for a Custodian, located in Hampton, VA. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining clean and organized work spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. The role involves disposing of waste, replenishing supplies, and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Additional duties may include monitoring and reporting needed repairs and assisting with special cleaning projects as required.

• Experience in general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Proficiency in following safety and sanitation protocols
• Excellent time‑management and task prioritization skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, such as lifting and bending
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience is a plus
