Overview
The Forklift Driver will be responsible for pick-up, segregation, and the disposal of materials collected and produced by the different departments in the production area into designated containers located at the back of the plant.
Responsibilities- Loading and unloading trucks; pickup and removal of pallets and palletized items for disposal
- Assist filling propane tanks
- Line containers before dumping; maintain containers and backlot area accordingly
- Communicate with supervisor and waste management to ensure containers are emptied in a timely manner
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- No education required
- 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
- Must pass a forklift physical
