What Youll Be Doing- Walk the property every day
- Look for trash damage lights out leaks or anything thats off
- Fix small things like locks lights doors toilets and simple paint or patch repairs
- Keep the place clean Hallways driveways units bathrooms and trash runs
- Turn over units after move outs Sweep clean and get them ready for the next renter
- Check gates lights and alarms to make sure theyre working
- Help customers when theyre on site and need a hand
- Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth
