Departmental Objective
The Housing Department ensures that student-housing facilities are well maintained, clean and safe for the students of CNU .
Purpose of the Position
This position will maintain various floors by performing floor maintenance duties using various floor maintenance equipment and supplies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Related to Position
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and cleaning supplies
- Skilled in the use of floor maintenance equipment and supplies
- Good organization skills
- Ability to work in teams
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively and to maintain positive relations with faculty, staff and students
Education
:
- High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma
- Valid Drivers License
Experience
:
- Experience with floor maintenance and floor maintenance equipment
- Experience with cleaning methods and cleaning supplies
Experience:
- Experience working at a university
Salary Information
Salary Information Salary $32,292 to $40,365, Commensurate with Education and Experience
