Minimum age: 18 years of age or older with a valid experience needed.
Due to Michigan public schools requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.
What does this job look likeWe serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- Other cleaning tasks as assigned
- Snow removal
Summer work includes:
- Carpet cleaning
- Stripping and waxing floors
- Work is performed on day shift
We have school custodian opportunities available in the Hamtramck Public Schools:
- 6pm–9pm
- 5pm–10pm
- 3pm–11:30pm
- 7am–3:30pm
$17.00 per hour
