Job DescriptionSummary
Perform building and grounds maintenance and repair as assigned by the Head Custodian or building Principal.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities- Cleaning building including mop, sweep, vaccuum, dust, polish, and maintain floors.
- Help with summer building cleaning and maintenance.
- Building security after school and during evening events.
- Help with snow and ice removal.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Custodial experience preferred
- Stripping, waxing, and sealing floors
- How to properly clean spaces
- Able to use cleaning, waxing, buffing, appliances and tools
- Heavy lifting up to 50lbs
- Moving furniture
- Sweeping and mopping
- Climbing a ladder
- Shoveling snow
