Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance
Pro Ampac, a global leader in innovative flexible packaging, is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to support its high-speed manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and help minimize downtime while ensuring safety and quality. Working on-site in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, you'll partner with production and engineering teams, document maintenance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Conduct equipment inspections, adjustments, and lubrication in accordance with safety and maintenance schedules
- Install, calibrate, and align machine components and replace worn or defective parts
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to optimize machine performance and throughput
- Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and repair history in the CMMS or maintenance logs
- Support continuous improvement, reliability, and safety initiatives across the facility
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and 5
- S/housekeeping standards
- Assist in training operators on basic equipment care and identifying early signs of equipment issues
- Work overtime or off-shifts as needed to support production requirements
