Warehouse Representative

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and or experience working in a sort environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Communication Skills including ability to listen and follow directions
• Organizational skills in sorting and prioritization
• Meet service level requirements and throughput rates
• Maintain a professional work environment
• Ability to perform detailed tasks in a repetitive environment while maintaining a good attitude and work ethic

What You'll Do:

• Scanning, facing, sorting, and receiving variety of packages
• Assist with the sort production line in warehouse
• Clean sort production area by sweeping, moping, and dusting
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
• Sort route codes to conveyor belt
• Remove defective or damaged items
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, and use full range of body motion
