Job Description
This is a year-round, full-time position working 8 hours per day on 2nd shift, Monday-Friday. The position is responsible for providing a clean, safe and secure environment for students, staff and visitors. The minimum base hourly pay rate is $14.06. The offered rate depends on experience and internal equity.

Qualifications
One (1) year of experience performing custodial work preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge and understanding of various cleaning chemicals
Must possess a valid driver's license

Physical Demands
Ability to reach above and below the waist
Ability to use fingers to pick, feel and grasp objects
Ability to use both hands for repetitive motion
Ability to bend, twist, kneel, stoop, climb and crawl
Ability to lift/carry supplies weighing 25 lbs or more
Ability to stand or walk eighty percent (80%) of workday

Work Environment
Ability to work in an external environment subject to temperatures below 32 degrees or above 100 degrees
Subject to outside environmental conditions
May be exposed to hazardous materials

Cognitive Ability
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
