Maintain the facility in a safe condition and perform general repairs and renovation activities;
Participate in facility trash handling and assist with cleanliness;
Check for work orders several times a day and assemble tools/equipment as needed;
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment monthly and complete PM on the assigned date;
Willingly rotate on-call schedule for after hours emergencies
