At Ekat Travel & Lodging, we conceptualize, design, and manage experiential boutique hotels and properties. Currently, we operate Amrit Bhawan, a tranquil retreat by the Ganga, in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate - F&B Steward located in Haridwar. The F&B Steward will be responsible for guest services, customer service, reservations, and effective communication with guests and team members on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Guest Services and Guest Service skills
- Customer Service skills
- Experience in handling reservations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
