Responsibilities
As working supervisor night, establish routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building and grounds operations.
Qualifications- Education/Certification: High school graduate or GED
- Special knowledge/
Skills: - Ability to direct, read, write, and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Good oral communication skills.
- Complete knowledge in techniques for minor building repairs.
- Complete knowledge in building and grounds maintenance.
- Ability to operate, maintain and lift all custodial cleaning equipment.
- Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies
- Ability to supervise and train custodians in equipment operations, building and grounds maintenance procedures
- One (1) year experience in custodial, building and grounds maintenance or equivalent.
