Primary PurposeAs working supervisor establish routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building and grounds operations.
Qualifications- Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Special knowledge/
Skills:
Ability to direct, read, write, and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures. - Good oral communication skills.
- Complete knowledge in techniques for minor building repairs.
- Complete knowledge in building and grounds maintenance.
- Ability to operate, maintain, and lift all cleaning equipment.
- Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies.
- Ability to supervise and train custodians in equipment operations, building and grounds maintenance procedures.
- 3 years experience in building and grounds maintenance or equivalent.
