Custodian - North Park Lexus Rio Grande Valley

North Park Lexus of Rio Grande Valley is seeking a Dealership Custodian responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for dealership employees and customers at our new facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing surfaces and floors.
• Cleaning offices, lunch rooms, refrigerators, sinks, halls, restrooms, and building entrances.
• Performing light dusting throughout the facility.
• Cleaning restrooms and shower rooms, restocking supplies as needed.
• Empting trash receptacles across the dealership.
• Assisting with furniture moving for employee events.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work with at least 1+ years preferred.

Physical demands include walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
