Groundskeeper​/General Custodial and Maintenance

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable team member to maintain our grounds, office spaces, and facilities. This position is responsible for lawn care, routine building upkeep, and custodial work to keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming.

• Mow lawns; edge, trim, remove weeds, and maintain landscaped areas.
• Remove litter and debris from grounds, walkways, entrances, and parking areas.
• Clean offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Perform routine office maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, touching up paint, assembling furniture, and making minor repairs.
• Set up and move furniture or supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleaning tools and lawn equipment and use them safely.
• Complete other grounds, maintenance, and custodial tasks as assigned.
• Pick up and deliver orders/supplies, documents, and other items between offices throughout the valley.
• Run approved office errands, including supply purchases and package drop-offs.

• Experience in lawn care, custodial work, or general building maintenance preferred.
• Ability to use lawn equipment, cleaning supplies, and basic hand and power tools safely.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
