• Perform routine upkeep on buildings, restrooms, and park infrastructure.
• Clean public areas, collect waste material, and maintain lawns and landscaped spaces.
• Operate and maintain park machinery including mowers, tractors, trimmers, and skid steers.
• Assist with electrical and mechanical repairs for the park fountain and reflecting pool.
• Respond to weather conditions by removing snow and clearing debris from walkways and wharfs.
• Use basic masonry, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation knowledge for maintenance tasks.

• Full-time employment.
• Work schedule:
  
  5 days per week, 37.5 hours total, including a 30‑minute lunch.
• Shift work may include holidays, weekends, and evenings.
• Telework is not available for this position.
• Salary details are provided during the hiring process; starting salary may be non‑negotiable.

• Minimum two years of general maintenance experience involving at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades.
• Or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.

• Must meet Pennsylvania residency requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
