* Essential Responsibilities:

*** Maintain all facilities and production-related equipment in a state of operation that is required to meet all current and projected production and engineering requirements.
* This role operates in a professional office & production environment. In the production environment, this role is exposed to low-to-high noise levels.
* Ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are performed as required.
* Install, set up, and ensure operational readiness of all required equipment.
** Requirements/

Qualifications:

*** Trade school education with 5 years minimum experience within a facilities maintenance department to include familiarity with the design, development, and assembly of electronic components (work experience would be considered in lieu of schooling)
* Demonstrate experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater and hazardous material identification and handling.
* Demonstrated process engineering and preventative maintenance experience.
* Experience with vacuum pumps a plus
* Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
* Ability to operate a forklift. (Training will be provided)
* Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and demonstrated initiative; ability to work with little to no direction at times.
* Strong service orientation; a commitment to delivering prompt. quality service and to maintaining a safe work environment.
* High attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels within the organization.
* Computer literacy and familiarity with some office applications
