Maintenance Manager

Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company. Key member in the development and expediting of a Preventive Maintenance Program for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment with an emphasis on planning preventive maintenance to support production, quality, safety, and overall business goals.

The Maintenance Manager works closely with the onsite Production Manager, Supervisors, Quality Control and other personnel within the company.

• Minimum of 6+ years leadership experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in both maintenance and manufacturing processes
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting for root cause analysis.
• Ideally an undergraduate degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent, but consideration will be given to individuals with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
