Make daily rounds to proactively identify and address maintenance, equipment and safety concerns;
Perform repairs as needed on equipment, building and grounds;
Assist with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with federal and state regulations;
Assist with driving the health campus bus for required maintenance appointments or resident trips
