Perform preventive and routine maintenance to ensure safety and functionality of property systems;
Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage daily maintenance objectives with supervisor;
Inspect vacated apartments and prepare them for turnover with necessary repairs;
Document work performed, parts used, and follow-up needs with clear notes and signatures
