What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Assist in installation, setup, and calibration of new or repaired equipment.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including service logs and parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.

What You'll Need

• Requires travel to plants or job sites for installs, startups, or repairs.
• Must pass a background check, complete Smith Driver Training, and meet DOT medical requirements to drive a Clear Flow service truck.
• Ability to successfully complete Confined Space Entry training
• Experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), including forklifts, manlifts, and overhead cranes
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick, Aluminum) along with proficiency using cutting torches and plasma cutters
• Metal fabrication experience
• Familiarity with shop equipment such as drill press, punch, shear machines, power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints
• Pipe fitting experience (iron, PVC, copper, etc.)
• Concrete repair knowledge
• Basic low-voltage electrical wiring and troubleshooting

Your Education

High school diploma or GED required; relevant technical or vocational training preferred.
