Conduct maintenance travel paths and prioritizing preventive maintenance, and routine maintenance issues within the restaurant.;
Partner with Area Facilities team where issues require additional support.;
Help maintain cooking equipment including troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating, and conducting basic to intermediate repairs.;
Conduct basic HVAC support, such as changing air filters and belts, monitoring cleanliness level of the system, and conducting basic cleaning functions.;
Ability to cross train when needed to support the Restaurant Leader or Area Facilities Team in other duties.
