Maintain the grounds, building and equipment for the health campus.;
Make daily rounds to proactively identify and address maintenance, equipment and safety concerns that could impact the health, welfare, safety and satisfaction of our residents, families and employees.;
Perform repairs as needed and/or appropriate on equipment, building and grounds.;
Assist with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal and state regulations.;
Assist with driving the health campus bus for required maintenance appointments or resident trips as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
