Production Automation Technician

Job Description

This position will be responsible for monitoring and sustaining critical KPIs for ECU production assembly lines, analyzing maintenance skill sets, developing and executing training, and mentoring maintenance staff, with a focus on improving maintenance troubleshooting and execution.

• Assist with defect reduction activities.
• Support and train maintenance staff.
• Lead improvement projects and root‑cause/countermeasure activities.
• Monitor critical KPIs and analyze maintenance performance.
• Develop and execute training programs.
• Mentor maintenance personnel to enhance troubleshooting skills.

• Motivated to learn and enjoy teamwork.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and proven leadership in root‑cause analysis.
• Knowledge of PCs and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Minimum 2‑year technical degree and related work experience.

• Advanced knowledge/experience of PLC/HMI (Keyence, Allen Bradley, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge/experience with robotics (Fanuc, Yamaha, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge/experience of vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, etc.).
