Industrial Maintenance Team Member

This position will be responsible for monitoring and sustaining critical KPI for ECU production assembly lines, analyzing maintenance skill sets, developing and executing training, and mentoring maintenance staff. The role focuses on improving maintenance troubleshooting and execution, assisting with defect reduction activities, supporting and training maintenance staff, leading improvement projects, and conducting root cause/countermeasure activities.

• Monitor and sustain critical KPI for ECU production assembly lines.
• Analyze maintenance skill sets and develop/executing training programs.
• Mentor maintenance staff and support defect reduction activities.
• Lead improvement projects and root cause/countermeasure activities.

• Motivated to learn and enjoy teamwork.
• Electrical and mechanical experience with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and proven ability to lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of PCs and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.).
• 2‑Year technical degree and related work‑related experience.
• Advanced knowledge/experience of PLC/HMI (Keyence, Allen Bradley, etc.) is beneficial.
• Advanced knowledge/experience with robotics (Fanuc, Yamaha, etc.) is beneficial.
• Advanced knowledge/experience of vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, etc.) is beneficial.
