Electrical Maintenance

** MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**## Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* ## Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in compliance with safety, GMP, and housekeeping requirements.* ## Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, including motors, drives, sensors, and control systems.* ## Install and maintain wiring, conduit, panels, switches, and other electrical components according to
** electrical codes and company safety policies****.*** ## Work as a
** self-starter**, completing tasks with little instruction and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.* ## Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns while maintaining a clean and safe work area.* ## Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.* ## Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and equipment diagrams.* ## Ensure all work is performed following
** LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE use, and other required safety procedures****.*** ## Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including parts usage, GMP logs, and repair records.* ## Actively participate in audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with
** GMP standards and facility housekeeping expectations****.*** ## Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.* ## Train operators and other staff on safe equipment use and basic troubleshooting practice.##

*** ## Licensed electrician or equivalent experience strongly preferred.* ## 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a
** manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment****.*** ## Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and controls.* ## Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.* ## Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.* ## Demonstrated commitment to
** safety, GMP, and housekeeping practices****.*** ## Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.* ##
** Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision.*** ## Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.##
** Physical Requirements*** ## Ability to lift up to 35lbs.* ## Comfortable working at heights and in varying environmental conditions.* ## Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and use of hand tools.##
