Position Overview
As a Restoration Crew Chief, you will lead residential and commercial restoration projects, overseeing fire and water damage clean-up from start to finish. You coordinate on‑site operations, ensure quality workmanship, guide your team, and manage project documentation.

- Ensure the timely and quality completion of restoration cleaning, moving, packing, or general labor projects.
- Direct, aid, and supervise Restoration Technicians and Staff Laborers assigned to projects.
- Evaluate competence and quality of the team.
- Promote continuous training and skill development.
- Ensure productivity of team members.
- Complete all required project documentation, including forms and photo documentation, according to protocols.
- Maintain excellent customer communication and relations.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous restoration experience.
- Ability to travel out of town.
- Ability to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
- Water Restoration Technician Certification (WRT) IICRC.
