Mitigation Crew Chief; Hartford

Position Overview

As a Restoration Crew Chief, you will lead residential and commercial restoration projects, overseeing fire and water damage clean-up from start to finish. You coordinate on‑site operations, ensure quality workmanship, guide your team, and manage project documentation.

• Ensure the timely and quality completion of restoration cleaning, moving, packing, or general labor projects.
• Direct, aid, and supervise Restoration Technicians and Staff Laborers assigned to projects.
• Evaluate competence and quality of the team.
• Promote continuous training and skill development.
• Ensure productivity of team members.
• Complete all required project documentation, including forms and photo documentation, according to protocols.
• Maintain excellent customer communication and relations.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous restoration experience.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Ability to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Water Restoration Technician Certification (WRT) IICRC.
