Job Skills / Requirements

In this role, the Maintenance Technician will monitor all aspects of the account, identifying and repairing problems as they arise and will serve as the on‑site maintenance point of contact. Other key responsibilities include daily checking of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems as well as performing routine maintenance service (changing filters, cleaning coils, lubricating moving parts, etc.) on these systems and making repairs as necessary.

The technician will also construct, repair, or replace items specified by the faculty and staff for improving their educational programs, which may include shelving, play/theater props, physical education equipment, and more. The technician will prepare for many events held on campus, including set‑up and breakdowns.

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or Equivalent
