Perform general cleaning and routine environmental services in assigned areas according to department standards;
Operate standard cleaning equipment (carts, burnishers, buffers, auto-machines, vacuum cleaners, wet vacuums) as trained;
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and hospital personnel;
Communicate effectively with patients, the public, and health care workers; read and follow oral/written instructions;
Follow hospital and department policies, procedures and training; adhere to infection prevention and safety policies
