Structures Technician; Aircraft Structures​/Sheet Metal Technician

This role focuses on aircraft structural repair, modification, inspection, and composite work on Global and Challenger business aircraft, supporting a high-performance corporate aviation environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring structural integrity, safety, and long-term reliability of advanced business jets.

• Perform aircraft structural troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and maintenance
• Fabricate and modify aircraft structural components and sheet metal parts
• Perform minor composite structural repairs on attached or detached components
• Assist with hidden damage inspections of aircraft structures
• Support complex structural repairs both on and off aircraft
• Remove and install aircraft structural components as required
• Assist with aircraft component repairs and modifications
• Assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations when needed
• Operate ground support equipment as required
• Assist with aircraft towing and repositioning operations
• Support maintenance activities at off-site locations when required
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety policies, and environmental standards
• Participate in 5S workplace organization and cleanliness initiatives
• Complete all maintenance documentation accurately and in accordance with manuals and regulations
• Perform work safely, efficiently, and within required timelines
