Position Summary

Under general supervision of Operations Management, the Lead Facility Worker is responsible for ensuring set‑ups and tear‑downs for events are completed according to specifications in a safe and timely manner. The worker also performs basic maintenance and upkeep of building and property, and assists in overseeing all tasks assigned to Facility Workers.

This role pays an hourly rate of $27.03-$29.42 (per CBA).

This position will remain open until September 18, 2026.

• Arrives for work on time for each scheduled shift, in uniform and ready to work
• Performs set‑up and tear‑down duties
• Performs daily operations and general building maintenance during non‑event days
• Performs general landscaping of the property
• Works safely, quickly and efficiently to meet all deadlines
• Maintains a positive, outgoing demeanor
• Works independently, and in a team environment
• Uses computer systems for facility maintenance upkeep
• Completes all other tasks assigned by Supervisor

• Prior conversion or event experience, preferred
• Prior landscaping or snow removal experience, preferred
• Prior lead/supervisory role, preferred
• OSHA 10 certification, preferred
• Prior forklift training, preferred
• Prior ride‑on scrubber training, preferred
• Basic carpentry and drywall knowledge, preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be able to give and take both verbal and written direction
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects frequently
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
• Ability to kneel, stoop, climb stairs, and reach/lift above head in conjunction with conversion tasks
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools
