Maintenance Supervisor – Hartford & Seymour, CT

Hourly $23.00, full‑time. Responsible for managing the service operations of apartment communities: meeting with owners and senior leaders, presenting recommendations, supervising field crew, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring quality and safety.

Full‑time. Oversees maintenance teams across condominium communities; travels to multiple sites; coordinates repairs, budget, vendor management, and compliance.

Full‑time. Directs physical plant maintenance and grounds upkeep, including building improvements, utilities, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance for a nursing home facility.

Part‑time, $25.00 hourly. Hands‑on role performing mechanical repairs, maintenance of gym equipment, routine inspections, and safety compliance.

Full‑time. Leads maintenance operations for property‑management clients, ensuring compliance, scheduling, staff training, and vendor oversight.

• Proven experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
