Perform general cleaning and routine related activities in assigned areas according to department standards and procedures;
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and hospital personnel;
Operate standard cleaning equipment such as carts, burnishers, buffers, auto-machines, vacuum cleaners, wet vacuums, and related equipment;
Communicate effectively with patients, the public, and health care workers; work collaboratively with coworkers and nursing staff to enhance the patient experience;
Read and understand oral and written instructions; follow hospital policies, procedures, and training requirements; adhere to infection prevention and safety policies
