Substitute Custodian, SY 2026-27 Talent Pool

REPORTS TO:
School Principal, Head Custodian, and Custodial Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position performs manual cleaning, maintenance, repair, storage, and furniture moving tasks both inside and outside the building.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND
EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, and equipment used in large public buildings
- High School Diploma is acceptable
- Knowledge of simple maintenance and repair work and the materials and tools required
- Ability to understand the relationship between a clean and healthy environment
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups
- Ability to understand and carry out direct instructions
- Must be able to work within difficult time constraints and under stressful conditions

SALARY AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
