Job Description
TIG Welder – 1st Shift
- $25–$32/hour
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG repair welding on cast components
- Repair cosmetic defects and rebuild damaged sections
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Inspect finished welds for quality compliance
- Follow safety and production standards
- Complete required production documentation
Requirements
- Strong TIG welding experience
- Experience with aluminum and titanium alloys
- Minimum 1 year welding experience in manufacturing/foundry/fabrication
- Ability to perform detailed repair welding
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Aerospace or medical manufacturing experience
- AWS Certification or technical school certification
- NADCAP welding experience
