• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a school psychologist endorsement
• Experience working with junior high or middle-school-aged students preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, consultation, intervention, and written/oral communication
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Compassion, adaptability, and cultural awareness

• Conduct evaluations to identify student strengths, needs, and eligibility for special education services
• Provide individual and group counseling to support students academic and emotional development
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and monitor interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student support
• Advocate for students mental health and facilitate access to resources as needed
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
