Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer – Harvey, IL

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, this role focuses on development and troubleshooting processes and product lines related to design, material, or process, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient equipment.

• Facilitate and participate in concept brainstorming and strategy sessions.
• Influence and propel multi‑functional team members to achieve stretch goals.
• Develop and troubleshoot product lines as an engineer.
• Maintain and modify plant equipment to ensure it is safe, reliable, and efficient.
• Plan and design experiments, conduct data analysis in support of product lines.
• Design and implement test methods and equipment to support product development.
• Maintain research and engineering documentation.
• Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting and diagnosing design and manufacturing quality problems.
• Conduct feasibility studies to verify capability and functionality or assess existing technologies.
• Research future concepts within the market, monitoring technology trends.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• 2‑5 years’ manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Excellent 2D CAD skills – AutoCAD. Inventor and 3D CAD as a plus.
• Proficient in Windows applications:
  Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong teamwork skills with consensus building, leadership, and accountability.
• Project management experience, including defining, detailing, documentation, and driving project completion.
