We are seeking motivated barber interns, who are currently enrolled in barber school or prepared to enroll eager to gain real world experience in a professional barbershop environment as an intern your shadow experience barbers assist with client preparation, observe, advanced techniques, and gain exposure to day-to-day shop operation.
This role is designed to help you bridge the gap between school and shop, building confidence, speed, and professional habits that prepare you for full-time employment and after graduation.
Responsibilities- Assist barbers with client services and daily operations.
- Learn procedures sanitation, and shop maintenance procedure.
- Observe and practice cutting, shaving, and grooming techniques (as permitted by school regulations).
- Participate in dynasty, education, sessions, and coaching.
- Help create professional, social media content, and marketing material.
- Uphold professionalism and client service standards at all time.
