The CS Parts Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory, and reconciliation of all parts at a single location. This position will process Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor payment requests, ensuring the right part is purchased from the right vendor and maintaining inventory levels to maximize customer uptime. The role offers a career path toward operations supervision based on performance.

Salary: Paid weekly
Essential Functions- Execute parts inventory management processes, including conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, receiving, coordinating parts pickup and delivery, and stocking inventory.
- Process invoices.
- Maintain records and statistics such as min‑max levels for inventory control.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory counts.
- Manage parts obsolescence.
- Ship warranty and parts return to vendors.
- Maintain parts room organization and cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
- Ability to keep accurate and up‑to‑date records and logs; record, itemize, collate, and tabulate data.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Two or more years of experience in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions (preferred).
- Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and word processing (required).
Must adhere to Ryder's Safety Standards. Will visit Ryder shop and wear safety shoes. May operate a pallet jack.
