American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring ACLS certification and night shift availability at a hospital in Illinois.

• Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• Floating to other units is required
• Epic EMR used for charting
• Block scheduling is not available

• Active IL RN license required (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• NIHSS certification preferred

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are accepted
• Maximum of 7 days of time off (RTO) permitted for the duration of the assignment
• All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
