Account Manager

TAKKT Food Services, LLC seeks an Account Manager to drive growth within our wholesale food service and hospitality customer base. In this B2B role, you will manage a portfolio of regional and national accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring outstanding service. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, meeting revenue and margin targets, coordinating pricing and availability, and leveraging our international supply network to create tailored solutions.

You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations in a performance-oriented, entrepreneurial environment with strong development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale food service and hospitality accounts
• Develop account plans, forecasts, and sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Serve as primary contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across TAKKT product lines
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, availability, and order fulfillment
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform account strategy
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotes, and presentations
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and reporting
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on customer-specific solutions
• Represent TAKKT Food
• Services at industry events and customer meetings
