Job Description
The Lead Electrician will oversee small teams of 1-5 electricians, primarily executing electrical installations and troubleshooting on residential and commercial projects. This role requires adherence to established plans while occasionally traveling to various job sites.
Responsibilities- Lead electrical installation tasks on residential and commercial projects
- Troubleshoot electrical systems to resolve issues efficiently
- Manage and guide a small team of electricians (1-5 members)
- Ensure compliance with given project plans and specifications
- Conduct occasional site visits and travel as needed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical work
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in electrical wiring and circuit testing
- Skilled in blueprint reading
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
