Staff Accountant

Location: Onsite in Harwood Heights, IL

Status: Full-time Exempt

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a vital role in our finance team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and analyses.

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Perform reconciliations, ensures accuracy and completeness of financial records, and identifies and resolves discrepancies

• Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, and reporting

• Maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software and systems

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to work onsite in Harwood Heights, IL
