Join a well established manufacturing company in the industrial tools and equipment space. The business has a strong history of growth, innovation, and quality, and is currently privately owned.

Location:

Chicago Suburbs, IL Northwest Suburban Area

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week, on-site 3 days a week

Rate: $50-55/hr

• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheets, and general ledger maintenance
• Maintain accurate accounting records and reconcile accounts for the acquired business
• Prepare financial statements and reports as needed
• Provide ad-hoc support and answer basic system questions as needed

• Hands-on experience with large ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of GL, balance sheets, month-end close, and journal entries
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience supporting acquisitions or business integrations
• Familiarity with ERP transitions
